Garfield Agape Court Expansion
Construction to begin in 2025
Pre-development: This expansion will add 3 new units to our Garfield Property, increasing the unit count to 46 units! With the addition of these units, will come 3 new households housing up to 8 individuals. These units include 2, studio/1 bath units and a 1 bed/1 bath apartment.

This conversion will turn our storage room into a space that will serve as a multipurpose room for our programs
Caltrans Expansion Project
Pre-development began in 2024
This expansion will add 3 new sites to our organization, which will increase our capacity and impact significantly. At the end of the project, our plan is to add a total of 11 units across the three sites. Our vision for the properties is to create an intergenerational co-living community on each site, to provide a supportive environment to nurture housing stability and financial independence.
