Raising Funds to Support Our Housing Retention Support Services

Beacon Housing’s Tenant Support Pilot Project aims to enhance housing retention and stability for tenants via confidential and voluntary third-party support as well as ongoing education on topics impacting housing security. Support services, provided free of charge, include:

• One-on-one case management, creating an individualized personal finance plans
• Credit Report counseling and analysis
• Access to all Kaimore personal finance resources and budget guides
• Employment search assistance, including resume building, job readiness training, and job search assistance
• References to short-term financial resources and assistance addressing short-term instability
• Access to free workshops on topics such as financial literacy and career development. 
• Annual In person Free Tax Preparation Service
